Incurajarea adopției si explicarea sa in viețile noastre.
Iacov 1:27

Since I was young I had a hearts for the orphans. I thought that as the years will pass, I will forget somehow, but that didn't happen. As the years pass this cause became more and more real. The thought of of being able to take a child under my care, not to make much of that child, but to live and teach in such a way that the child grows to make much of God! I am well aware that adoption brings with it agonies..Just as the adoption of us brought agonies and death to Christ. We must embrace pain, it will come! Without the agonies of Christ, you and I would not be where we are today!
The Bible is filled with verses about adoption. It encourages it and also explains how we were adopted. Yes! You and I were adopted! The plan of Salvation consists in a beautiful adoption.
''See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!'' 1 John 3:1.
''He predestined us for adoption to sonship, through Jesus Christ!'' 1 Ephesians 1:5
That is GRACE! to be adopted by the King of the Univers. By the star Breather!(Pslam 33:6)
Many times I ask myself a question. ''What should I do to become more like God?'' That is so simple! Do what HE does! He says: ''I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.'' John 14:18 . Do the same! Morever.. Eric Ludy describes in a book of his, the story of a young African boy who is abandoned on the side of the road.. Why does God asks from us to take care of the orphans? Because they are HIS children! "And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me.'' Interesting, right? Does this matter that much to God? Let's analyze it together.. Imagine that that child on the side of the road is yours. For some reasons you can't go and take them. What would you do? You would call all your friends and you would implore them go over there and take care of your son. That's exactly what God does. He calls Us.. and He tells us so clearly ''Defend the orphan'' (Psalm82:3). ''I am the father of the orphan''! Eric's question is stuck in my mind and I want it to be stuck in your mind too. ''What would you do if that child on the side of the road, would be yours?'' Don't forget, that is God's child and He asks all His friends to take care of His child!. Do you want to be like God? Then be the father and the mother of the orphans. If you don't answer this calling, who will? If you don't become the defender of the orphan, who will do it? Don't be afraid of the hardship that comes with a child..understand that these precious children can give you an intimate peek into the very heart of God.. After Leslie Ludy adopted the first child, people came to see her and they would say "she is such a blessed girl to be adopted by this special family''. But Lesly brings different perspective: '' I am the one that's blessed! Every day, when I look into my daughter’s eyes, I see Christ looking back at me.''
''Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you''.James 1:27
